4. Specify Your shipping Address.
5. Provide Your Name Spelling for Printing your Certification
6. Make Payment Here with Credit Card or Paypal for Registration
7. Your Certification and Membership Documents should arrive within 7-14 days of registration via UPS Shipping with Tracking.
